What to expect
How much does it cost?
Every project starts with a free consultation where we walk through your space and talk about what you need. Pricing is based on scope, with a 3-hour minimum per booking. You know what to expect before we start.
How does the resale service work?
Kristin prices your items with you, photographs them, and lists them for sale, most often on Facebook Marketplace and other local platforms. She manages the inquiries and, once she has a confirmed buyer, connects them with you to arrange pickup. You handle the final payment and keep the majority of every sale. For the occasional antique or rare book, she can bring in a trusted dealer when that gets you a better result.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Kelowna, West Kelowna, Peachland, Lake Country, Summerland, and the Shuswap. We are based in Kelowna and work throughout the Okanagan and Shuswap.
Do I need to be home during the organizing?
That is up to you. Some clients prefer to work alongside us, others give us access and let us handle everything. We will discuss what works best during the consultation.
What if I am not ready to let go of certain items?
There is never any pressure. We work at your pace and respect your decisions completely. Small steps, big shift.
