We tour the home with you to assess scope and timeline. Out-of-town families can coordinate remotely with photos and video calls.

Custom plan

You receive a clear scope of work and pricing. We outline what will be sorted, sold, donated, and removed.

Sort and identify

We go room by room, flagging heirlooms, valuables, and items family members may want. Nothing leaves without approval.

Sell, donate, and clear

We price and list what has value, usually on local marketplaces, and manage the inquiries. For a larger estate, we can bring in a trusted dealer to buy bigger lots at once. Usable items go to local charities, and what is left is sorted and set aside so removal is one simple pickup to arrange.

Clean handoff

The home is cleared and ready for its next chapter. Keys are returned to you or your realtor.

Common questions

It depends on the size of the home and the volume of belongings. A smaller home might take 2-3 days. A larger, fully furnished home may take 1-2 weeks.

For the sorting, donations, and clear-out, no. Many families are out of town, and we coordinate remotely with photos and video calls for key decisions. The one exception is resale: because items sell from the home, you or a local representative needs to be available to hand items to buyers and take payment. For a larger estate, we can bring in a trusted dealer to take bigger lots at once, which keeps that to a minimum.
