Turning clutter into cash.
The things you are ready to let go of still have value. Kristin prices them, photographs them, lists them for sale, and manages the inquiries, so letting go can help pay for the service.

How resale works
We do the hard part. You keep the majority.
We spot what's worth selling
During your organizing session, we flag the items with real resale value. Furniture, antiques, books, electronics, tools, kitchen appliances, collectibles.
We price it fairly
Kristin sets fair prices based on condition and demand, so you know what each piece is worth before it lists.
We photograph and list
Good photos, a proper description, posted where local buyers actually look, like Facebook Marketplace.
We manage the inquiries
We field every message and screen for genuine, reliable buyers, so you are not stuck with lowballers and no-shows.
You take payment, you keep 60%
Once a buyer is confirmed, we connect them with you to arrange pickup and payment directly. You keep 60% of every sale, and Kristin's 40% fee is settled at the end of the project.

Why use our resale service?
We know what it's worth
No guessing and no underpricing. Kristin prices each piece on real condition and local demand, and lists it where buyers actually look.
We do the part you dread
Pricing, photos, writing listings, and fielding the messages. That is the reason most things end up at the curb. We handle it, so your items actually sell.
Your items never leave your home
No hauling, no storage fees, no handing your things to a stranger to hold. Everything sells right from your space, and you stay in control until it does.
Common questions
Who does the selling?
Kristin handles the listing side, with you. She prices your items with you in your home so you help set the price, photographs them, lists them (usually on Facebook Marketplace and other local platforms), and manages all the inquiries. When she has a confirmed buyer, she connects them with you to arrange pickup. You handle the final pickup and payment, and your items never leave your home until they sell. For the occasional high-value antique or rare book, she can bring in a trusted dealer to buy it directly.
Do you take my items away to sell them?
No. Your items stay right where they are and sell from your space. That means no hauling and no storage fees, and you stay in control until they sell.
How does the split work?
You keep 60% of every sale and Kristin's fee is 40%, settled at the end of the project by etransfer or cash. That is our starting split, agreed up front so there are no surprises.
What if items do not sell through listings?
Items that do not sell within an agreed timeframe can be donated, returned to you, or re-priced. We discuss all options upfront.
Can I use the resale service without organizing?
Yes. If you have items ready to sell but do not need full organizing, we can still price, photograph, and list your items for you.
Where do you list items?
Primarily on Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji, which are the most active platforms for local resale in the Okanagan. A branded Organize It resale page is also in development.
